At the next step of your subscription, you will be asked for the following documents:

• A double-sided copy of the ID card or passport of the person in charge, mentioned in the statutes.
• A copy of the statutes of the company (Flemish, French or English sworn translation).
• If the address of the registered office (see the statutes) is different from the address mentioned on the subscription, a document which proves that the company operates its activities at the mentioned address, for example a rental agreement or a copy of a notary act which proves the localization of the company and that it concerns a commercial automotive exploitation (Flemish, French or English sworn translation).
• A document from my bank proving that the account is linked to the company.
